April 2017, Roberson Law Paralegal Jennifer Burkitt received the award for 2017 Outstanding Paralegal by Montgomery County Clerk of Courts, Gregory Brush. Jennifer was honored alongside many prestigious judges and attorneys in Dayton who were given awards.

Paralegal of the Year
April 2016, Roberson Law Paralegal Jennifer Burkitt received the award for 2016 Paralegal of the Year. The ceremony was hosted by Sinclair College where the Dayton legal community celebrated Paralegal Day and honored Jennifer with the award. Jennifer has worked at Roberson Law since 2001 as the lead paralegal in charge of the firm’s probate and trust administration department.
Business Supporter of the Year
May 2015, Roberson Law received the Business Supporter of the Year award by Good Shepherd Ministries. Good Shepherd Ministries Founding Director Dale Nieberding stated that Roberson Law was chosen to receive the award due to the integrity and Christian values that the firm exhibits in its business practices.
Five Star Estate Planning Attorney in Dayton
October 2014, over five hundred estate planning attorneys were originally looked at and then narrowed down to one hundred eight nominees. Only nineteen winners were chosen, after surveys were conducted and scored to determine the estate planning attorneys who provide exceptional service and overall satisfaction, resulting in an elite group of professionals. Nancy Roberson has been selected, and is named, as one of these elite professionals in the October issue of Cincinnati Magazine.
Leadership Excellence Award
April 2013, Nancy Roberson was honored by the Ohio Diversity Council as a recipient of the Leadership Excellence Award. The award was presented to Nancy at the 2013 Northeast Ohio Multicultural Leadership Summit in Cleveland.
Lloyd O'Hara Public Interest Law Award
September 2012, Nancy Roberson was chosen as the year's sole winner of the Lloyd O'Hara Public Interest Law Award for the attorney who has best represented poor, disabled, and underprivileged clients over time. This award is sponsored by Legal Aid of Western Ohio, Inc., Greater Dayton Volunteer Lawyers Project, Inc., and Advocates for Basic Legal Equality, Inc.

October 20, 2009, Roberson Law was selected as one of four businesses to receive the "Neighborhood Pride Award" from over 500 nominations. Amy Cary, Business Manager, of Roberson Law accepted the award on behalf of the firm from Mayor Patterson.
